Sales Consultant at Cesario & Co

We are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant who has a passion for interior design. This role will involve inside sales with the potential to expand and grow your clientele visiting clients outside of the office. We are looking for an outgoing and proactive person to join our team. We will provide support and training as you learn about our business and lineup of products but ultimately, we want someone who is a go-getter and enjoys interacting with people. Products can be learned but interacting and connecting with people is innate.

Responsibilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist customers daily who enter our showroom. A good portion of our clients are pre-existing builders or designers but we are open to the public and serve individual homeowners looking to build or renovate
Follow up with leads and aim to convert them into sales
Meet yearly sales quota
Build up a list of clientele that will act as returning customers for you. We understand this comes with time but this will be your aim
Visit client homes, design studios, job sites, etc. as required
